B-4 Warranty
Such damages for which Kodak will not be responsible include, but are
not limited to, loss of revenue or profit, downtime costs, loss of use of the
equipment, cost of any substitute equipment, facilities or services or
claims of your customers for such damages.
This limitation of liability will not apply to claims for injury to persons or
damage to property caused by the sole negligence or fault of Kodak or by
persons under its direction or control.
