Adjusting the Camera Exposure
If your pictures seem too dark or too light, adjust the amount of light allowed
into the camera so that your pictures are properly exposed. These adjustments
in lighting are called Exposure Compensation.

Set the Mode dial to Capture.

Slide the POWER switch to the right to turn
on the camera.

Press the Menu button.
The main Menu screen appears on the
LCD.

Press a button until the icon
is highlighted.

Press the DO-IT button.
The Exposure Compensation screen
appears on the LCD.

Press a button to change the
exposure number.
