If you want to take a picture with
the subject positioned outside of
the AF circle, use the focus lock
as follows:
1. Place the AF circle on the
subject that you want focused
in the picture.

3. While still partially depressing
the shutter button, move the
camera until your subject is
where you want it within the
VIEWFINDER

4. Press the shutter button
completely down to take
the picture.
2. Partially depress and hold the
SHUTTER

(1) to lock the
focus position.
